Data deletion

The tool keeps no data about anyone except its owner's own Facebook Page and YouTube channel. Here is how to remove its access and have stored data deleted.

What is stored

Only data about the owner's own Facebook Page and YouTube channel, all on the owner's PC: the access tokens (as local files), a record of each scheduled post (folder name, time slot, text, the ID that Facebook or YouTube returned, its state) and a log of what the tool did. Nothing about visitors, followers or commenters is collected.

Remove the tool's access

For the owner of the Page or channel:

  1. Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (on some accounts: Apps and websites). Choose the app and select Remove. Its access to the Page ends at once.
  2. Google and YouTube: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose the app and select Remove access.
  3. Posts already made stay on the Page or channel until you delete them there, in Meta Business Suite or YouTube Studio.

Ask for deletion

Anyone can ask. Email amazinginfojosh@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Say what you want deleted and, if it is about a Facebook Page or YouTube channel, which one.

Within 7 days the matching tokens, post records and log entries are deleted from the owner's PC, and you get an email confirming it. If nothing about you is stored, the reply says so.
